Background: Transmission of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is strongly influenced by the presence Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae. The most effective method for tackling DHF killing Reducing negative impact using chemical larvicides can be done through a safer alternative model, namely natural from plants. plant studied with characteristic ability to kill larvae papaya leaves. Papaya leaf extract contains compounds alkaloids, flavonoids, papain, saponins, tannins, and which larvae.Objective: This study aims determine effectiveness (Carica Linn) effect concentration as larvicide.Method: design used in this was experimental, 240 larvae, three treatments, repetitions. research carried out at Laboratory Environmental Health Department Aceh Polytechnic, Ministry 2021. data collected observations every 1 hour first 3 hours. analysis One Way Anova statistical test continued Least Significance Different (LSD) 95% CI.Results: results showed that average mortality 10% (10), 20% (13), 30% (16). giving affected (p = 0.000). concentrations were 30%.Conclusion: very larvacide aegypti, it found best formulas larvicides.
